It is reported that rapper Flo Rida has been served a legal notice via Facebook that he faces a lawsuit from the Fat As Butter music festival in Australia. The suit results from Flo Rida's failure to appear at the festival in October 2011, despite having been paid $55,000 (£35,000). The festival's lawyers had such difficulty contacting him, that they sought and received permission from the court in New South Wales to serve the papers via Facebook.
